International Spanish Language Academy, Minnetonka, MN
Turnkey Development Project: Adaptive reuse of a former office building into a state-of-the-art elementary school offering both a Spanish immersion and International Baccalaureate Program curriculum. Total project cost was $4.6 million

Aurora Expeditionary Learning (AXL) , Aurora, CO
Mountain West Charter Schools Fund Project: Direct financing of tenant improvements resulting in more classroom space and expanded enrollment. Total loan amount: $875,000

Adams Traditional Academy, Phoenix, AZ
Turnkey Development Project: Build-out of a shell industrial space into a 500-plus student elementary school offering a Core Knowledge curriculum with emphasis on the principles of America's founding fathers.  Total project cost was $6.3 million; an expansion into a middle school and pre-school on a recently optioned adjacent parcel is planned for fall 2012.

New Vision Charter School, Loveland, CO
Building Block Fund Project: A collaborative partnership between a charter school and Boys and Girls club, enabled by CSDC's credit enhancement, for new construction of a multi-million dollar, multipurpose facility. CSDC Lease Guaranty: $500,000.

Paramount School of Excellence, Indianapolis, IN
Turnkey Development Project: Renovation with addition, transforming a 50-year-old building, in 4 1/2 months, into a green, non-traditional urban elementary learning space. Total project cost: $5 million

Piedmont Community Charter School, Gastonia, NC
Turnkey Development Project: Total gut renovation of 45,000 square feet, from abandoned grocery store to vibrant college preparatory school, in 7 months. Total project cost: $5,000,000
